PRE-HIRE MEETING
After you have shopped around and before you hire your entertainment, we invite you to sit down with either Randy Weber or Mike Bowers and just talk. Get to know them personally for the professional entertainers that they are, and give them the chance to get to know you. They would love the opportunity to here are several different formats
one can use to be introduced into the reception hall. It can be a very
formal and elegant introduction. Or, it can be a full blown production
filled with energy and excitement. Whichever one you choose, you can listen to you, and help you create the reception of your dreams.
At your free pre-hire meeting, Mike or Randy will attempt to “calm your fears”, and make sure that you are completely comfortable with your decision to hire the ALLSTAR DJ ALLIANCE. |

FINAL INFORMATION MEETING
Approximately two weeks before your wedding, we will sit down with you again and finalize our plans. We will talk about all the things that you want to happen at your reception. We will be taking notes and jotting down the names of the entire wedding party so that we can introduce you and your wedding party into the reception hall. We will also talk about your first song and any other important songs or dances.
While we are talking about music, have you been constructing a list of songs that you would like us to play during the reception? For instance, songs for the introductions, the cake cutting, the garter removal and the garter toss, the bouquet toss, or some favorite songs you would like us to play during the dance portion of the evening? Bring this list to our final information meeting so we can review your list and prepare our request list in advance.
There is so much to talk about, we just can’t mention it all here. But rest assured, we will spend whatever time it takes to gather all the information we need, so that we can specialize what we will be doing for you on your big day. |

YOUR WEDDING DAY
Wedding reception agenda coordination is our specialty. It is extremely important that your reception flows and does not experience any “dead spots”. By working with the Photographer, Videographer, Banquet manager, Cater, and any of the other professionals you have hired, we can run you through the itinerary you have chosen, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. |

THE INTRODUCTIONS
There are several different formats
one can use to be introduced into the reception hall. It can be a very
formal and elegant introduction. Or, it can be a full blown production
filled with energy and excitement. Whichever one you choose, you can
count on our years of professional MC experience to make your entrance
unforgettable. |

THE RECEPTION
There will be background music playing when your guests arrive at the reception. We will make any and all announcements that need to be made so that your guests will always be informed as to what is going on at all times. Dinner music is always included. After dinner, the head table is reassembled for the toast, followed by the cake cutting, the removal of the garter, and the bouquet toss. Then comes the first dance of the evening , and any other dances you have requested; i.e., the parents dance, wedding party dance, and so on. You will always be the center of attention, even when we play the final song of the evening.

IN CONCLUSION
Most people usually pay us at the conclusion of the reception. However, payment can be made in advance by mailing your payment to the address on your contract, or over the phone by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard, cash, check, or money order. Thank you for your time, and lets get together soon.
